Today in Balance: We started off today with a calm reading session with accompanying tea, a new class fave is Lapsang Souchong. After a period of that we all participated in different forms of physical and mental balance including: Unicycling, juggling, chess, slack line walking, and a variety of other activities. Nate and Geoff built a pretty sweet fire to get the class started, and from there we were all ready to balance. During the course of the day all of the groups discussed their projects and started building a mental foundation for what they hope to build, create, or plan over the course of this years winter term. I tried to include some pictures chronicling todays events and I am not sure if it worked but you know I am hoping for the best, if it didn’t work thats cool too. Balance.

Why do I have to act like I am someone else to get into college?
Alice came to a fork in the road. ”Which road do I take?” she asked.
”Where do you want to go?” responded the Cheshire cat.
“I don’t know,” Alice answered.
”Then,” said the cat, “it doesn’t matter.”
~Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
